Cremations with a ceremony are running anywhere from 6 to 8 to 10 thousand dollars with a crypt because people are saying well you know I want to be cremated that's really inexpensive. Yeah it can be without a ceremony.

And if you're healthy enough to qualify, good. But you know that mortgage protection is really, it's around people's focus around people probably in the mid 30s or 40s you know because it is a 30 year term policy that's what it all it is. Now I don't offer those mortgage protection policies because what the mortgage protection does as your mortgage

decreases so does the face an amount of the mortgage protection. Now your payment stays the same but as your mortgage decreases the face amount of that mortgage protection policy also decreases. Now you still making the same payment over a 30 year period. Now all of a sudden your mortgage goes down to zero. The face amount of the policy also go down to zero

Now when I offer policies to my clients and they qualify for the policies Once they receive the policies in the mail or when I receive the policies because there are times When they say well no you let the policy come to you in the mail and then once you receive it, we'll go over the policy.

Maybe they need to go over it with their family members. Maybe they just want to have it in their possession and that's fine. Eventually, you will have it in your possession.
