Good morning. Good morning, Las Vegas and all the surrounding communities. My name is Donald Marquez, and this is a your insurance connection. We're broadcasting right here from K u and v 91.5. Jazz and more Sunday morning from 8am to 830. Every Sunday morning, from 8am to 830. I broadcast it to tell you how to you know how to save money on insurance. And I talk about different insurance products. Today we're gonna talk about life insurance, what that what, which is my favorite subject when it comes to insurances, because I find so many people, when I do seminars, or people call me that or they come into my office, they they want to know the difference between the three policies. But a lot of times two people don't qualify for the larger policies. But we do have an alternative. Within the insurance industry, I have companies that are represented represent 67 Life insurance companies as an insurance broker. So keep it live right here, look and listen to the show, don't turn the channel, because this could affect you or maybe one of your loved ones. Having a final expense life insurance policy, because you have underlying health conditions, does not have does mean that you can have a policy and it's affordable. And the reason why you want a life insurance policy because the prices a day to bury loved ones are extremely expensive. The prices go up every six months, you should have enough life insurance or new sale to cover a final expense. So you don't pass his burden on to your family members. The cost of burial. The cost of burial today is extremely expensive, like everything else is gone up. But when you go to a funeral, and you sit in front of that funeral director, and you're emotionally drained, I mean, you just lost your mother or your father, or even a child. But you don't have any money to pay for it to because you just thought you know, this is not going to happen to me, I'm young. I'll just wait when the time is right. Whenever that is, it's always the right time to buy insurance, especially life insurance. But a lot of times we wait and we find ourselves in a very difficult situation. But those ones, the people out there that don't have any life insurance, listen up. And you have underlying health conditions. Listen up. There is a policy for you and I'm talking about people with diabetes, lupus, a history of cancer, a stent in your heart, heart disease, kidney disease, we do have a life insurance policy for you up to $35,000 and benefit. The benefit pays the beneficiary within 24 hours with a death certificate, no health examination to apply just a few health questions. And I fill out the application for you. Most people do qualify even with health issues, rates of benefits are locked down for the life for the life of the policy. And also we can add on accidental death. I know some people like to cling on to that accidental death policy. I've talked to a lady the other day. She said well I'm paying $2 For my policy what can you do really? It was accidental only $2 I mean, come on. She was 80 years young but I said lady, it's accidental and she said Why don't do nothing I stay home all the time. And I don't even drive I catch the bus everywhere I have to go I mean accidentally Why are you paying for $2 for an accidental only policy that only will pay if you I don't know fall off of cliffs accidentally or if you you know racing cars boats in as an accident. I mean I don't know I've never known one to pay get into a whole life benefit does pay for natural causes. And let's talk about that. What are natural causes if you pass away have a stroke heart attack. We all gonna go one day it's just a matter of when we if I knew when it will make my career a lot easier because you know you say yourself you know I only have like five more months to live i Excuse me five more years live I need to call down Marquez get that life insurance policy because I only have five more years left but we don't know when we're gonna go we get up every single day and every day you get up as a blessing. But if you have underlying health conditions like diabetes, lupus a history of cancer or even alcohol, drug abuse, complication with diabetes, if you even have amputation, we can get you a life insurance policy. Do not get Give up. Now, even with a history of cancer, don't give up, we can get some and most in most cases, we can get your policy that will fit in your budget. And you know, if you need more insurance, of course, we'll find something that will fit in your budget. But don't Don't think because you get this information in the mail. And you know, you have a history of cancer or, or diabetes, that you see something in the mail looks very attractive, but those policies are set up for you to get started. And it's going to end at an early age in your life, we're talking about 7075, even at those policies will expire when you receive something in the mail. Now, not all policies will do that in the mail. But buyer beware, it is always to your advantage to talk to an insurance agent like myself to go over the policies, would you currently have oil policy that you currently want? So we can understand exactly what you need? One box does not fit all. And what do I mean by that? Now you may have like life insurance on your job, you want what we call a group term policy. Now, once you left your job, then you quickly realize you're no longer in the group. Now, if you do continue to carry the life insurance from your past career, because now you retired, you'll find out quickly you're going to pay higher premiums because you're no longer considered in the group. Or if you want the union, your union is going to be very limited with they'll pay out to your beneficiaries. And sometimes, even with your unions, it takes a while for those policies to pay. If they pay it off, if they pay it off, because to my understanding, if you're a union worker, and you don't keep up your union dues after you retire, you may not be covered. For this small life insurance benefit. Something is better than nothing. However, if you do lose all your benefits, when you retire from work, and you do have underlying health conditions, that's what we're talking about today, the affordable final final expense, life insurance policy, it is affordable, because your family members will quickly find out when that day comes for you that they have to come up with a lot of money all at once. And they may or may not have it because they have they have their own bills. It's not it's not a good idea to transfer debt to your family members or to your child, or even your grandchildren that they have to come up with the money because they're just getting started in life, it's our responsibility to take care of our own final expenses. Now what a funeral average cost today between 15 and $17,000. And they want the money all at once. And I've talked about this on my show. Because I find that it's real simple for a person that real easy now is even thoughtless, for a person to get car insurance. They don't think second about okay, what my current shows I bought this car, how much is it? Okay, I'll pay it. Of course, we are looking for better rates on the car insurance policy, but it's it that is the tone in your voice when you purchase auto insurance, versus its tone in your voice when you talk about life insurance. Life insurance is a necessity it really is. It's like saving a savings account, put it think of it as a savings account. You may not put money away every month on your savings account. But if you do, that's well that's good. But even if you'd have saved money over time, let's say you saved $50,000, you have $50,000 in your bank, and you said well, you don't take care of my final expenses. Any funeral costs any money left over, then you know, my family members can do whatever they want with the money. But that's good, how long would $50,000 Last, especially if you're leaving, you know, people that depend on your income behind. You know, this is a supplemental, although you saving money, continue to save money, look at your checking account and your savings accounts every single day. And the reason why I say that I practice it every single day because I want to make sure there's no fraudulent activities on my account, or charges on my account that you know what is is and then contact the banks right away. But if you wait and look at your bank account, you know, once a month or twice a month, you know, it could be activities on the edge that may not be your activities. So keep that in mind. Do check your checking account your savings account every single day, every morning I get up with my cup of coffee. That's what I'm looking at. Now you know you can see your deductibles you can see how much money you have at an end of a month for a life insurance policy you know what I can't afford a life insurance policy because I balance my checkbook I don't want my family members to be be responsible for my final expense because what happens is tears families apart you know some loved ones it's gonna be one or two loved ones it's gonna be fully responsible for that final expense payment although this a large family they don't say we didn't have life insurance he worked all his life drove nice cars you know you know he always dressed nice you know when the bill came at the restaurant he always would pick up the bill like hey no problem I got it and then find out he don't have any life insurance what what's what you know, now we supposed to pay for? Yes, we don't have any money to pay for him?

With a final expense life insurance policies simple to qualified no health examination, I take the application over the phone is only going to be about 12 health questions I'm asked you there yes or no answers. And here are some of the questions in the past two years. disease of the heart including heart attack, heart surgery, or congestive heart failure. Yes, a yes or no answer. Disease of the circulatory system including stroke aneurysm or been advised to have surgery to improve circulation? yes or no answer. Have you ever had cancer other than basal sales skin cancer in the last two years? yes or no answer. disease of the heart including heart attack, COPD, or emphysema other than asthma. Let's talk about that for a moment. When I do receive calls. I don't receive calls from a lot of smokers. I don't know why I know people probably like lighting a cigarette now having a cup of coffee listening to my radio talk show about insurance. But when you have COPD, and you've been denied life insurance, we do have an alternative for you. My contact number is 702-236-2624. My name is Donald Marquez. My Location is on the corner of Sahara Rancho and a US bank center located on the eighth floor, right here in our beautiful city, Las Vegas, Nevada 702 to three 626 20 for another question disease of the liver or kidney have an organ transplant. What does that mean? That mean you had an organ transplant? I know I have family members that have had organ transplants. But when you have an organ transplant, you know, you may not qualify right away for the first two years. But that is a question they ask. But if you've had it over three years, maybe you qualify for more insurance, because now your body has accepted the organ transplant and you're taking the right meds to keep your body balance. Here's another one alcohol or drug abuse. Now, if you're an occasional drinker, that's not included, that's not considered an alcoholic, that we considered alcoholics on a life insurance policy. When you wake up in the morning and having a drink and you go to bed, having a drink, you keep that glass full all the time and you drink it all the time. That's considered an alcohol and drug abuse. The cannabis is legal in the state of Nevada, that doesn't mean you you know you abusing a drug. If you smuggle for recreational purposes, we you know, we look at that as recreational we don't look at it as drug abuse. But we know who to drug abuse people are people that own you know, the harder drugs, we're talking about everyday, you know, a weekly using cocaine, meth, those type of users and I know family members, sometimes they have family members out there, that's on these type of drugs, heroin, you know, and you can't really man to stop, they're going out there in the streets, we do have a policy for them too. We would have to get a power of attorney over these individuals. So you could sign for the policy. You could be the owner of the policy, the beneficiary and also the recipient, as a beneficiary on the account. So you could be the beneficiary as the recipient, when that day comes for that individual. Also, you can be the payer of the of the benefit too, as well. Now you are in full control of the policy. This policy will build cash value over time because it is a whole life policy. And that's concerning, especially if you have a member of your family that's on drugs, or abuse of alcohol. And they may say oh well I got life insurance policy. I've built up a cut the couple $1,000 in benefits and cash value. I can go borrow that money. No that person cannot borrow that money. Because you are the owner of the policy with a power of attorney. We have Christine Bonide as a team member at your insurance connection. She helps me with getting you a power of attorney for that individual that's kind of out the industry a little bit since they come out the other day they're out there on the streets, you know what I'm talking about. Now you have the peace of mind knowing if something happens to one of your relatives prematurely or premature passing that you're already in place to take care their final expense. With a life insurance policy. You take the policy into the funeral home, they review it they make sure that your payments are being paid and the policies paid up to date and then they go to work right away they don't they don't hesitate Okay, you got to wait two or three weeks before we can know they go right to work right away because they've got received the okay for them life insurance company that your policy is paid in up to date 702-236-2624 My name is Dawn Marquez, this is your insurance connection 702-236-2624 With this type of final expense, whole life insurance policy. You can add your grandchildren on as an additional writer on the policy as long as they 17 and under. They can be a writer On your life insurance policy, now we can put them on and it is very affordable, is extremely affordable. Now when they turn age 25, they will be offered their own life insurance policy to increase the face amount. Even if you have AIDS or HIV at age 40, are going to get your life insurance policy from 40 to 85. Now, they just within the last year reduced the age limit down to 40 years young, it used to be 50. But we can get your whole life policy even if you have AIDS or HIV, people are living a lot longer with AIDS or HIV. Now, here's a question that is asked quite often what if a person has diabetes, you can still get a policy, even with complication of diabetes, including amputation, diabetic coma, blindness, or kidney disorder, we can still get a policy for you if you've been turned down for life insurance, just don't give up. My number is 702-236-2624 702-236-2624, we'll have the policy delivered to the owner, once the policy does arrive to you at your home, you're going to pick up the phone, you're going to contact me. And I'll go over the policy with you line by line. So you'll fully understand what type of life insurance you have. There has been many times people call me with other you know, they've written a policy through someone else. And they've had it for a number of years. And they contact me and they say, You know what, I don't know what type of policy I have here. I'm paying on it. But I see the policy going up. You know, so that is sometimes a flexible benefit policy where it flexes as you get older. In other words, the premiums do go up to keep it up the cost of insurance. Now, depending on what your illustration pays, how it illustrates how much you're gonna pay every year thereafter, the policy adjust itself as you get older. Now, I recommend those policies. You know, I don't recommend those policies but you don't know. Because you know, you didn't have that interview with the life insurance agent at the time of purchasing the policy to go over your policy with you. Line by line the insurance companies have insurance agents for a reason. We represent you as a client, and we also represent the life insurance company. So they have representation you have representation, the agent is your go to person. You can come to me even if you're not my client at 702-236-2624 702-236-2624 My Location is on a corner of Sahara and Rancho in the US bank center located on the eighth floor. All roads lead to Sahara Rancho. On one block west i 15. One block west of I 15 702-236-2624. Again, you know, we had last weekend we had less than that we have Father's Day. I want to say Happy Father's Day again to all the fathers. And also all the mothers my Happy Mother's Day is Mother's Day and Father's Day every single day. I was fortunate enough my family came by my children came by spend some time with me. They wanted me to cook Can you believe that? My daughter asked me that you gonna get some steaks? I don't know. You should have brought me some food. But you know, my kids, you know, my kids are they are what they are. And my daughter brought me a gift certificate to get started get some wine and my son brought me a bottle of wine. He wanted to take me out for breakfast. I said no, I don't want to go. You know if you got to spend $50 on eggs, Brian bring me a nice bottle of wine. So anyway, it was a beautiful Father's Day. I hope you had a beautiful Father's Day as well. And also, you know, this weather we're having in Vegas is kind of unusual right now. It's a little cooler for the month of June. For the first half anyway. You know we're starting to get heated up. But I love the Vegas knights don't you going outside is sitting on your patio and Vegas at night. There's nothing like it. The mosquitoes don't eat us apart. We just sit back relax, enjoy the music, have a nice beverage and just you know enjoy life. Think about what you're going to do from day to day. Always wake up with a plan. I do you know when you retire it is different. You know your plan is hey, I'm retired and we're watching his television all day long. You know that gets a little boring snacking on chips. You know what you need to do is get out and walk a little bit enjoy some of this fresh air and if you can't walk in the morning, you know wait to the sunset and walk in the evening young like get that heart pumping get that blood flowing. It's a good thing because you know a lot of my friends I know that has retired. They used to be slim and they're not no longer slim. You know what I mean? Because it just sit down and watch television eat and belly just starts to grow. Anyway, my name is Dawn Marquez, this is your insurance connection. 702-236-2624 Your health is everything If that's, you know, health is more valuable than money. I heard a rich man say one time, what would you rather be a rich person or a healthy person, you can be a rich person with poor health. Or you can be an average person with excellent health. I'd rather be an average person with excellent health than a rich person with poor health. Life insurance is here. It's not going anywhere. It's a part of our life. If you've ever buried a loved one and paid for it for yourself, you know exactly what I'm talking about. At a young lady call me last week, she said to me, she said, You know what I was thinking about cashing in my life insurance policy, surrendering the policy and taking the money. I said, Do you need the money? She said, No, I'm a friend of mine told me, I should cash in the life insurance policy and get the money. Now, usually people to give you advice like that, do not have a life insurance policy. They say to you, over person tell you if you're talking about getting a life insurance policy, and you sharing the information that you've heard on the radio through me, would you normally call Dan Marquez and get a life insurance policy? And if the very first thing out of their mouth is? Well, you don't need a life insurance policy. Just simply ask them? You know, when I when I pass away, are you going to take care of my final expenses? If you're giving me advice not to purchase a life insurance policy, that means you're going to take care of my final expenses? Oh, no, no, no, I'm not going to do that. But why are you giving me bad advice. Usually people will give you that advice, don't have a life insurance policy. So don't listen to me and listen to the experts. I'm gonna, I'm the expert. Now on your due dates on your life insurance policy, we can accommodate you, you can select between the first and the 28th of each month. For the funds that come out of your checking account, we pull your funds directly out of your checking account. Now, there's three types of policies, that three types of policies, you know, you can get a 20 year pay, you pay for the policy and 20 years is over. Or you can get what we call a final expense. Now, you know, the final expense most people do qualify for final expense, meaning you're insured day one. Now, if you don't qualify for day one, insurance, there is a modified death benefit to as well, not a modified benefit means that you may not be insured you you will be you won't excuse me, you won't be insured for the first two years. For the full face amount of the policy. The way it works is this on a modified death benefit. And most of you have a modified death benefit within the first two years, because you filled out this information you received in the mail. And they say you're insured day one, now you're insured, they weren't probably because, you know, if you pass away the first two years, they'll refund your money to the beneficiary plus 10% interest. That's what that means. But if you bought purchase a policy by way of mail, or you picked it up through the internet, there may be a two year death benefit modification, or even a three year death benefit modification. That means you're not fully insured for the face amount of deposit for those two years. Or maybe they even the first three years, you do have to read the contract. So you can fully understand what you just bought. I don't never recommend you ever putting your information online to purchase anything. I mean that especially a life insurance policy, and if you go on Amazon and you do what you do, you know that's different, use your credit card, don't use your personal, I don't use my personal debit card, this tied to my checking account, because somebody's gonna wipe out all your money. But when it comes to purchasing life insurance, it comes directly out of your checking account. You know, and don't go online and don't go online because you're gonna get a lot of phone calls. The only phone call you you give when you go through me to purchase a life insurance policy or home auto renter's boat or motorcycle insurance is a call from me or the insurance companies that we select. However, when you go online, you know you're going to receive a lot of calls, you're gonna get very frustrated, but you you set yourself up. And a lot of times to people that these companies will sell your information. That's called a lead. They sell your lead to an insurance agent, insurance agent Pavan Lee, and they call you not only insurance companies that you know, all these insurance companies contact you. You'll be getting phone calls from insurance agents for maybe even a month after you put your information online just like we're getting calls I receive calls people you want to sell your house No, I do not want to sell my home. Well, you know you own a property yet. Yes, I do. But I live in that property. Where am I going? Where am I going to go? Same thing. But you know, again, I didn't put my information out there. They just know how to find a way to get in touch with you. However, with a life insurance policy, it gives you the peace of mind knowing that your family is taken care of. Even if you're not here. It's important to understand that this final expense without any type of life insurance final expense term universal life and you're not really good at saving money is going to devastate your family. That's no doubt about it. You may leave, they may even lose a paycheck that's coming in every month. Well, that income that's coming in every month, they're gonna lose it. Now if you need a larger life insurance policy other than 35 up to $35,000 in coverage, we can also accommodate you I have policy starting at 100,000 in a up as much as you can afford. But again, this this conversation today on the radio was about people with underlying health conditions that cannot qualify for the larger life insurance policies.

702-236-2624 702-236-2624 My name my name is Donald Marquez. My addresses run on the corner of Sahara and Rancho 2300. Because height and weight is not one of the questions we ask on this policy, a final expense life insurance policy, you know, for one of the nation's leading top insurance agents to cover funeral costs at other final expenses, other final expenses of credit cards, medical bills, mortgages, maybe even rent, maybe even money to move your loved one out of their home. Because when you when that when that person passes away, and they have a home, who's gonna move it who's gonna move the furniture What are you gonna do with the furniture and especially if you have to sell a home. Now you have to get the home ready to sell. And it's always good to have an empty house to show versus a house full of furniture 702-236-2624 My name is Donald Marquez and this is your insurance connects we broadcast radio K und 91.5 Jazz and more Sunday morning from 8am to 830.
